Returns & Exchanges

Not in love with your purchase? That's okay! Simply return your unwanted items back to us within 7 business days from the date you received the product. Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.

Return Policy:

• We must receive your return within 7 days from the date you received the product.
• Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with ALL tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
• Any returns sent after this period will be denied. 
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
• Original shipping fees are NOT refundable or applicable to store credit when returning.

• All Jewelry
• All Sale Items

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, you must return your item back to us. After we inspect the item and approve it, we will issue a store credit. You may then place an order for the same item in a different size. We have a very limited number of sizes, so we cannot guarantee you will be able to exchange your item.
